STEAM Academy of Warrensville Heights Celebrates 8 Honors at 2026 Accely Awards Dinner
STEAM Academy of Warrensville Heights had an extraordinary showing at the annual Accely Awards Dinner on July 7, earning 8 awards and recognitions for operational excellence, academic growth and achievement, whole-school impact, and state-recognized academic excellence.
The school was also named School Turnaround Story of the Year, recognizing meaningful progress, renewed momentum, and measurable gains following prior challenges.
The school received several of ACCEL Schools’ whole-school impact honors, including ACCEL Emerald School and ACCEL Platinum School. Together, these distinctions celebrate schools that demonstrate strength across academics, enrollment, retention, growth, and long-term school impact.
STEAM Academy of Warrensville Heights was recognized for academic achievement with Highest Score in Science — Deep Urban Schools, reflecting strong student performance in core subject areas.

During the award dinner, ACCEL Schools additionally recognized STEAM Academy of Warrensville Heights for receiving multiple honors from the State of Ohio this past year for its performance in the 2024–25 school year, including Ohio Quality Community School Support Grant and Ohio Momentum Awards.
Held annually, The Accelys celebrate standout achievements across ACCEL Schools in areas such as academic growth, student achievement, enrollment, attendance, teacher excellence, school culture, leadership, and whole-school impact.
